M&A strategy aims to expand the organization’s U.S. footprint
HAMPTON, New Hampshire—June 30, 2026—Sequel Insurance Agencies, powered by SIAA, today announces the acquisition of five independent agencies, accelerating the platform’s growth strategy and expanding its ability to serve clients across key U.S. markets, including Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Kentucky, New York and Vermont.
These acquired agencies, all leaders in their respective regions, include:
- Arbor Insurance Group, LLC, based in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, providing personal and commercial insurance, employee benefits and captive insurance solutions.
- Feingold & Feingold Insurance Agency, Inc., headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts, offering programs and plans in property and casualty insurance, with capabilities spanning commercial lines, personal lines and employee benefits.
- Hyland, Block & Hyland, Inc., based in Louisville, Kentucky, provides clients with a single-source solution for insurance, employee benefits and senior care needs.
- Paris-Kirwan Associates, Inc., located in Rochester, New York, offers business and personal lines insurance, as well as specialized expertise in medical malpractice, aviation, recreation and breweries.
- 123 Insurance, Inc., located in St. Albans, Vermont, features strong personal and commercial lines capabilities.
